Mo is a Registered Social Worker with a clinical specialization in adult mental health and addictions. She was born in Nigeria, West Africa and started her work within mental health from there. She has worked with individuals, families, couples and young adults across the lifespan and across various mental health and addiction concerns. In her current roles, both as a mental health therapist with AHS and in her private practice, she has continued to encounter concerning presentations of disordered eating. Her approach to therapy is centered on being weight inclusive, body positive, intuitive and importantly, being curious about intersecting interactions between systems and the individual.
