Join Us for a Virtual Workshop: Coping Ahead and Summer planning
Join us for a supportive and practical virtual workshop designed to help individuals navigating disordered eating recovery – cope ahead for the unique challenges that summer can bring. Whether it’s changes in routine, vacations, social events, or disruptions in structure, this season can feel overwhelming. But with the right tools, you can feel more grounded and prepared.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll guide you through:
-
-
Creating a personalized Coping Ahead Toolbox
-
Identifying potential summer stressors and triggers
-
Planning practical strategies for self-care and emotional regulation
-
Building flexible, supportive routines that work for you
-
Together, we’ll design a plan you can turn to when things feel tough—so you can move through summer with more confidence and less stress.
