About This Group

Join Registered Nurse Chantelle Jensen for an empowering online workshop focused on overcoming negative cognitive distortions. This session is designed for those navigating recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating, providing practical tools to challenge harmful thought patterns that can slow healing.

In this workshop, you will begin to understand how to identify and confront negative thoughts, reduce self-criticism, and replace them with more balanced perspectives. Whether you’re just beginning your recovery journey or further along, the strategies shared can help to support mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of self-acceptance.
