Interoception is the body’s eighth sensory system that helps connect the body’s physical sensations to our emotions. In this 2 week workshop we will explore:

  • what interoception is and how it connects to emotional regulation
  • how to improve our interoceptive awareness through discussion and implementing strategies
  • connecting body sensations to emotions and identifying strategies that help us to feel regulated
  • the role sensory based strategies can play in recovery
  • how to choose sensory based strategies that feel good for us

*Attended our previous interoception workshop? Learn new ideas and strategies to strengthen your interoceptive awareness!
