Multi-week support group for those struggling with food and body image during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics address how participants can support themselves when grocery shopping, planning and prepping meals, mealtimes, and using social media.
This two day workshop focuses on self-care for the holidays. This workshop will focus on intuitive eating and managing anxiety around food and the holiday season, as well as managing boundaries and creating a self-care plan for the holiday season.
This support group is for ADULTS (18+) who are the parents, partners, siblings, friends, loved ones, and supporters of someone with an eating disorder or disordered eating.
