Caregiver Support Group for Eating Disorders: Navigating the Emotional Journey
Caring for someone with an eating disorder can be overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally complex. This support group is a safe and understanding space for caregivers—whether you’re a parent, partner, friend, or loved one—who are supporting someone through their journey with an eating disorder/disordered eating.
You are not alone in the difficult emotions that often come with caregiving. In this group, we acknowledge and explore the unique challenges caregivers face, from feelings of frustration, guilt, and helplessness to moments of hope, love, and resilience. Here, we provide a compassionate environment where you can share your experiences, connect with others who truly understand, and find strength in community.
