He has an extensive background in sport psychology and counselling with over twenty years of athletic coaching and mentoring experience and was a five-time member of the Canadian National Fencing Team. With a background in exercise, sports performance, and sport psychology combined with training in exercise rehabilitation, he offers unique insight into eating disorders, weight control challenges, chronic pain management, and sport psychology needs.
