Dr. Michelle Emmerling is a Registered Psychologist practicing in Edmonton with a PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta. Jody is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse who currently works in an out-patient setting as a Mental Health Therapist. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology. She works primarily with adults experiencing mental health concerns including eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, addictions, and personality disorders. She utilizes a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and psychodynamic therapy in her practice.

Nicolas specializes in treating athletes with eating disorders. He has an extensive background in sport psychology and counselling with over twenty years of athletic coaching and mentoring experience and was a five-time member of the Canadian National Fencing Team. With a background in exercise, sports performance, and sport psychology combined with training in exercise rehabilitation, he offers unique insight into eating disorders, weight control challenges, chronic pain management, and sport psychology needs. (note: office is located in a sports performance facility, which may be triggering for some sufferers).
