ONLINE Support Group for People with Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating

This ONLINE support group is for ADULTS (18+) with eating disorders, disordered eating, and anyone experiencing anxiety around food, eating, and body image.
You do not need proof of diagnosis to enrol-
this group is open to those with all manner of disordered eating behaviour.

Because no one should have to face an eating disorder alone, this ONLINE, multi-session, professionally facilitated support group promotes self discovery in a safe space.
This support group is:
- Professionally-facilitated by people with extensive backgrounds in eating disorders.
- Intended to support to those wishing to continue on the path of recovery in a safe, nonjudgmental environment
- Limited to a small number of participants allow everyone to participate fully.
Individuals interested in participating do not require proof of diagnosis. This group is open to those with all manner of disordered eating behaviour.

Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm (18:30 – 20:30 MST)
Location: Online, via Zoom – details to be sent separately*
Facilitator: Sarah Kreklewich
*A confirmation email will be sent with information on how to download and use ‘Zoom’. The link to join the meeting will be sent closer to the start date of the group. Access to a computer/tablet/smart phone is required to participate. Please read the confirmation email carefully.
**EDSNA does not want financial barriers to stop a participant from attending a support group. Please email info@EDSNA.ca to discuss your circumstances, as we may be able to reduce your fees, or waive them entirely.
About Your Facilitator
Sara Kreklewich is a registered Occupational Therapist with over ten years experience. She is passionate about mental health and believes in empowering clients to achieve their goals. She currently works in hospital and community mental health settings and has diverse skills, training and experience. Sara has a strong interest and knowledge base in the area of disordered eating, depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
