*INFO SESSION ONLY* Group for People Who Experience Binge Eating

is for ADULTS (18+) who experience binge eating.
You do not need proof of diagnosis to enrol.
This group is open to those with all manner of disordered eating behaviour
but is primarily focused for individuals struggling with binge eating.

About This Session
- Attendance/completion of this session is not a requirement before registering for the full 8-week ‘Support Group for People Who Experience Binge Eating’.
- Registration for the intro group does not guarantee a place in the full 8-week series. Registration for the 8-week series MUST be done separately for the January 19th start date or March 23rd start dates

Cost: $7.50 (online, using Paypal) – Note: registration is not open to residents of BC or PEI

Location: Online via Zoom, details sent separately (must have laptop or phone and internet access)
EDSNA currently uses the video conferencing app “Zoom” to conduct online groups. Detailed instructions to download and use the app are included in the confirmation email. Please read the confirmation email carefully for details about using Zoom, and the ‘Guidelines for Groups’ document A computer/laptop/tablet and internet access are required to participate.

Selene is a Registered Dietitian and a certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. For 10 years, Selene has provided nutrition counselling for individuals experiencing chronic conditions, as well as disordered eating and body image concerns.
