You do not need proof of diagnosis to enrol.

This group is open to those with all manner of disordered eating behaviour.

About This Group

Join Registered Nurse Chantelle Jensen for this two day insightful workshop on the benefits of using mindfulness to ease stress and calm anxiety. This workshop will offer a safe space where members can explore techniques to cultivate inner peace, develop resilience, and enhance overall well-being.

In this workshop, we delve into understanding the nature of stress, the body’s fight or flight response, and how these mechanisms, while natural, can overwhelm us in our modern lives. We demystify mindfulness by explaining what it is, how it works, and why it’s a powerful tool for reducing stress and anxiety. You’ll learn how mindfulness can help you stay present, calm your mind, and create a sense of balance amidst life’s challenges.

Through guided meditations, breathing exercises, and practical activities, we teach you how to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have practiced for years, our collective journey toward tranquility and balance is open to all.

PLEASE NOTE: This group is intended as support, and is not a substitute for treatment. We encourage you to speak with your Physician about treatment options specific to your circumstances.
