About This Group
Welcome to our 7-week online support group for individuals impacted by eating disorders. This group is a safe, compassionate space where participants can share their experiences, gain insight, and build connections with others who understand the challenges of recovery. Over the next seven weeks, we will provide support, encouragement, and practical strategies to help you navigate the journey toward healing.
Join Occupational Therapist Sara Kreklewich and fellow participants as we explore key aspects of eating disorder recovery. Through weekly sessions, we will focus on a range of topics including body image, emotional regulation, nutrition, coping mechanisms, and self-compassion. Each session will offer a blend of guided discussion, resources, and personal reflection to help you take the next step in your recovery.
Our group is grounded in empathy, respect, and confidentiality, and we are committed to fostering a non-judgmental environment where everyone feels heard and supported. Whether you are at the beginning of your journey or further along, you are not alone—together, we will work toward healing and resilience.
We look forward to sharing this journey with you.
PLEASE NOTE: This group is intended as support, and is not a substitute for treatment. We encourage you to speak with your Physician about treatment options specific to your circumstances.
